Licking Valley Community Action Program was start June 10, 1970. By Judy Planck to help. Employees around 60 people that support the community.

LVCAP

LVCAP stands for Licking Valley Community Action Program. 
We service the following couunties:
Bracken, Fleming, Lewis, Mason, Robertson.

“This project is funded, in part, under a contract with the Cabinet of Families and Children and the Department of Health and Human Services.”

Our Mission

To provide assistance to reduce poverty, the revitalization of low income communities,
and the empowerment of low income families and individuals in rural areas to become fully self sufficient
and improve family life in our communities.
