Licking Valley Community Action Program is funded Federally and by the State of Kentucky.  Employs approximately 180 people that support the community.

LVCAP

LVCAP stands for Licking Valley Community Action Program. 
We service the following couunties:
Bracken, Fleming, Lewis, Mason, Robertson.

Our Mission

 To provide assistance to reduce poverty, the revitalization of low income communities,
and the empowerment of low income families and individuals in rural areas to become fully self sufficient and improve family life in our communities.
